I’ve taken a small break from fiction to work on a non-fiction book for writers. I don’t want to spill the beans about the exact content, but I can say that it will contain a hard look at mistakes I’ve made juxtaposed against helping aspiring and newly published authors avoid those same mistakes.
I’ll have more news on this in the next three weeks or so. In the meantime, if you’ve found my posts helpful and would like to receive a notice when this new book is available, join my non-fiction mailing list here or enter your e-mail address in the form to the right.
While I’m working on some very special content just for mailing list subscribers, rest assured that I’m not going to be e-mailing you daily or even weekly unless I have very special news or outstanding offers for you.
I’m also doing a one-question survey of writers. Any and all help with this survey is appreciated. In fact, once you’ve answered it, I’d love it if you’d forward that link to your author friends so they can answer it, too. Opinions from writers of all genres are more than welcome.
The great thing about being a writer today is how easy the Internet makes it for us to help each other. This new book and the survey are both designed with that in mind. I love being able to give back to the writing community some of the help that I’ve received over the past few years.
But I do need a little help pinpointing where my efforts are best aimed. Please take a few moments to answer the survey question. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your participation.
